First Class Christian Co-op :: CENLA, LA :: First Class Information

We are a ministry to homeschooling families in the Central Louisiana area.
We hope that you can join us for classes and fellowship!

Monday School Spring Semester dates:

Registration for classes- Sat January  21st. 9 a.m.

Orientation- Thursday February 9th 7:00 p.m.*Mandatory for all Monday School members

1st day of classes- February 13th

Easter break- April 2nd and 9th

Last Monday School- April 30th

Commencement- Thursday May 3rd

 * You must have a child age 6 or older that you are homeschooling in order to join Monday School.

 Membership is open to all. We do ask teachers to sign a statement of faith.

We exist to encourage, support and build up the local community of homeschool families, reaching out in the name of Christ.

To be a resource center where members can find information, both practical and spiritual, to assist them in their commitment to homeschooling.

First Class CENLA Homeschool Co-op Is:

Kindergarten-High School Classes offered one day a week
Nursery and Early Childhood Education Program for families that also have a school aged child.
Encouragement for parents, help for new homeschooling moms
New friendships and opportunities for students
Affordable - co-op classes taught primarily by First Class parents
Christ-centered community outreach to homeschooling families

First Class is a ministry to homeschooling families! If you have been looking for a one-day, Homeschool Cooperative with a solid Christian foundation, then First Class should be on your list. We hope you'll join us at First Class, make some new friends and get involved!

First Class CENLA is a branch of First Class Homeschool Ministries. If you would like to charter a First Class Homeschool Ministry at your church, please contact us! First Class has vision to connect the homeschooling community by planting other FCHM co-ops where ever they are desired.

NOTE: Our policy is at least one parent must be on campus at all times if your child is present. We have many ways for you to serve. We always need teachers, but there are many other areas for you to serve such as a hall monitor, classroom assistant, clean up etc. Please inform us by e-mail firstclasscenla@gmail.com of your areas of interest.

If you intend to teach, please get a class application from the drop down menu for Monday School.

Send in the prospective class application and the steering team will review the prospective class. Contact information is located at the bottom of the class app.
