Class Registration

August 27, 2010

Class registration is on a first come first served basis. Administration and teachers children registering first.

Teacher registration 
 10:00am - 12:00pm

You must be there at the appointed time to receive priority.

General registration  2:00pm - 3:00pm

If you are unable to make it to registration day please make arrangements with someone to drop off your form.

We will not take any forms prior to the posted times!!

Sorry, we do not have online class registration at this time.

REGISTRATION

Class Registration is Friday, August, 27, 2010.
 

 This is the day you register your children for classes

(and yourself as helpers) for FRIDAY SCHOOL Fall 2010.

Registration will be at:

New Life Fellowship

2441 42nd Ave.

Longview, WA

 Please read the following very carefully!!

All the instructions are listed.

 

Remember: Registration is first come first served!! 

with teacher's children having first priority.

 

Teachers Registration

10:00 - 12:00

Numbers will be available at 9:00 am.

You must be there at the appointed time to receive priority.

If you are not on the teacher's list,
 you will not be issued a number at this time.

The doors will be locked at 12:00 pm.

The Registration Team needs to eat lunch and re-organize for the next group.

General Registration

2:00 - 4:00

Numbers will be available at 1:00 pm.

The doors will be unlocked at 2:00 pm

If you are unable to make registration,

please give your registration form to someone to bring in for you.

   

Please know that you will have to wait in line!!!

We have a great registration team, but, it does take time to do the job properly.

PLEASE BE PATIENT!!

 

 Step#1

When you arrive, TAKE A NUMBER as soon as you get there.

(If you are not present when your number is called you will need to take the next available number)

When doors open, your paperwork will be checked to see if it is filled out properly.

  

Some people have arrived as early as 8:00 am  (for teachers) and 12:00 pm

(for general), so do not expect to be first in line if you arrive at the start time.

 

You MUST have ALL THREE CHOICES FILLED OUT on your registration form.
Please keep an eye on the "closed classes" list. As classes close, we will be posting closures so you can make adjustments before you register for classes.

Step #2

Pay Registration Fee of $20.00

Check for any paperwork you may need to fill out.
All new members will need to have a background check done, so those forms will be available. All paperwork will need to be filled out and left with us that day!!

Step #3

Register Children for Classes
We will try to get your children in their first choice, but since the classes do fill quickly we may have to put them in their second or sometimes, even their third choice.
Remember:  We have a limited number of spaces for each age group, so it is very important to stay in your age group so everyone can take appropriate aged classes

Step #4

Register yourself for helping in classes.

Some classes you picked for yourself may not need a helper.

Please pick another class where help is still needed.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If a parent needs to be in a class with their child, that will take precedence over other helpers and we will re-assign you to wherever the help is needed most.
